The teamcollaborates and works directly with the top management to drive strategic investment initiatives Key Responsibilities: - Support all future fundraise processes including investor messaging, investorfinancial model and all investor materials - Maintain strong company and sector expertise; stay current on all companyand related industry activity in order to be responsive to investors - Working closely with our Finance, Product, Marketing and Legal teams tobuild an understanding of the company's financials, product roadmap and strategy - Assisting with the board meeting preparation Desired Skillsets- 1+ and &lt; 3years of work experience in corporate development + IR, venturecapital/private equity, or investment banking- - Experience in fast growing environments preferred- Relationships with the wider investing community - Venture capital / growthinvestors / private equity preferred along with NBFC and SaaS set upunderstanding- - Direct experience owning and managing relationships with senior internal and external stakeholders - Superior communication (written/verbal), presentation and meeting facilitation skills - Self-motivated and willingness to proactively take on leadership roles within a deal team or the company at large- Proven ability to learn quickly and work well under pressure with appropriate attention to detail
