Job Description :

Role : Manager - Sales (EBO / BO)

Location : Bihar & Guwahati

Area of operation : All India

Experience : 5 - 7 years in Footwear / FMCG / FMCD

Qualification : MBA

Reporting : BU Head

Responsibilities :

- Responsible for achieving Net Sales and Retail sales targets (Value and Volume) for the Franchise channel.

- Responsible for expanding the footprints by appointing new Franchises.

- Manage and drive commercial and sales operations to support franchise channel.

- To develop the overall strategy for the Franchise account portfolio based on strategy jointly with the HOD.

- Drive excellence in retail operations and achieve productivity for the Franchise channel.

- To support enforcement of Khadim India Limited Trade Terms Policy and Agreement with Franchisees.

- To recommend to key Franchisees an appropriate organizational framework / operational structure for the Franchise vertical jointly with HOD.

- Evaluate & drive store wise profitability in conjunction with the Finance team on a regular basis.

- Drive store portfolio development in collaboration with Project team through excellent Planning & detailing.

- Ensure that store renovations, relocation, closures objectives are achieved.

- Implement in store guidelines and programs from Brand/ Visual merchandising / Training / Store Development for better store management and brand presentation.

- Collaborate with the Brand teams to co-create and roll out high impact retail marketing program and consumer promotions to drive footfalls and sales.

- Map and report competition activity.

- Drive and implement the Market Retail Strategy, focusing on the 5 Ps - People, Product, Premises, Processes and Profit, to continuously maximize profitability from the store portfolio.

- Make commercial decisions at Market level by analyzing the retail KPI's and local retail trends and needs.

- Developing and implementing sales strategies for increase of market share and profitability on sustainable basis in line with HOD.

- Increase Net Realization by improving product mix and price increase.

- Ensure increase Working Capital Efficiency through maintaining standards inventory.

- Build and maintain Franchise relationships to grow sales, keeping in mind the overall goal of the team. Progress will be measured on an annual basis.

- Ensure that Franchise are fully conversant with the features and benefits of any new product being launched, and that the appropriate marketing material is available to them in advance.

- Ensure improvement in Stock Availability article wise.

- Improve Adherence to Key Sales Processes.

- Ensure submission of Complete Demand Forecasts as per Timelines.
