Job Profile:&nbsp; - Work closely with the CEO and CFO on key strategic initiatives - Provide ground level primary market insights to keep up with the competitor and industry practices - Assist the CEO to manage and conduct cross functional meetings and report the minutes. - Follow up on agendas as per the timelines discussed with the cross functional teams - Provide a bridge for smooth communication between the CEO's office, internal departments and investors - Provide day-to-day strategic support to the CEO office - which includes the preparation and routing of reports, presentation decks, dashboards, etc. - Research, prioritize, and follow up on incoming issues and concerns including those of a sensitive or confidential nature - determine appropriate course of action - Demonstrate leadership to maintain credibility, trust and support with senior management staff. Skills &amp; Qualifications: 1. MBA from Tier 1 institutes (preferred but not mandatory) 2. 3-6 years of relevant work experience 3. Ability to work independently on projects, from conception to completion 4. Strong communication, interpersonal and public relations skills to enable professional interaction with a range of people including Senior Management and other staff 5. Strong analytical and presentation skills 6. Ownership-driven and motivated to work in a high-paced organisation 7. Proactive personality 8. Hustler, who can get things done.
