Keynote Financial Services - Associate - Merchant Banking (1-2 yrs)
- Proactive individual who should take initiative with an analytical bent of mind.
- Experience in Merchant Banking with knowledge of Equity Capital Markets (ECM) and Regulatory norms of SEBI, Stock Exchanges, Companies Act, etc.
- Assisting in drafting of Offer Documents of ECM transactions.
- Carrying out Due Diligence for ECM transactions.
- Familiarity with processes relating to Due Diligence, documentation and compliances.
- Strong command over MS Excel and power point to decipher or build financial models.
- Good communication and presentation skills.
