1. Responsible for Top-line and bottom line of the allocated category 2. Developing marketing plans, category communication, ATL, Digital and BTL Campaigns, POSM, special drives and pilots to improve consumer awareness and engagement. The brand is primarily Digital focused and hence the candidate must be strong in the Digital space 3. Coordination with multiple stake holder to drive effective execution 4. Category, consumer and competition scoping and analysis 5. Monthly tracking of key brand metrics and competition activities, Identify key drivers for the category and drive these for significant growth 6. Consumer insight mining and converting insights to consumer deliverable 7. Mapping markets and consumer need, develop and building a robust NPD pipeline for the category 8. Planning and managing complete market launches 9. Close monitoring of performing SKU- s, width and depth of brand distribution and devising schemes and promos to achieve the targeted volumes 10. Primary and secondary data analysis, regular reviews and monthly management updates
