KEY RELATIONSHIP MANAGER (ONLY FEMALE - INSURANCE DOMAIN) 1. Develop long term and strategic relationship with all key stakeholders in the channel. 2. Identify new opportunities across various departments in the channel and convert them into business. 3. Coordinate with channel for sales campaigns and other programs. 4. Collaborate with all internal departments regarding channel issues and deliverables. 5. Launch new products, device process and drive it initially. 6. Create and maintain reports, MIS and presentations related to channel. 7. Collaborate with Sales team to achieve the deliverables from the channel. 8. Responsible for increasing our share of business among the channel partners. 9. Maintain and share updated information on company products, policies and process related to the channel. 10. Manage all escalations from the channel and resolve them. 11. Manage all IT projects. Drive the IT initiatives related to the channel being the spoke between channel , raise CR, rollout projects within deadline, arrange meetings between stakeholders etc.
