Key Accounts Manager - Startup (10-15 yrs)
Our client is a funded start-up in a niche product segment.
- The candidate must have the following skills and undertake the responsibilities.
- Must have strong hunting experience
- CxO level contacts and account management
- Proven experience in signing up large deals
- Average ticket sizes would be 150k USD, must have prior experience of that scale
- Assist in the implementation of the strategies and plans to achieve all volume, revenue, and profit targets.
- Tier 1 MBA with 10 years experience in account management of multiple accounts
- Prefer candidates from Product based organization
- Should have been in a similar role
- Must be highly data driven with strong stake holder management skills and business acumen.
- Passionate about start-up culture
- Keen on working on highly incentivized structure
- Will be an individual contributor who can build a team
