Key Accounts Manager - Recruitment Firm (2-4 yrs)
- Manage and create the entire candidate recruitment process at the required temp staffing location
- Use workforce planning to manage the balance of volume of sourced candidates
- Coordinate with Business Development team to create seamless sourcing structure at the required temp staffing location
- Assist in maintaining internal workforce data and reports, including productivity, employee hours/ overtime, and contract labor tracking and monitoring
- Manage and coordinate Legal and Payroll operations and process
- Handle any disputes that may arise with the client or employee or both, in coordination with our legal firm
- Oversee payroll management team to make sure that we comply with all statutory compliance
- Contribution to the continuous improvement of processes, procedures and systems to ensure payroll systems remain fully operational at key processing and reporting times
- Maintain up-to-date contracts with all temporary labor placement companies, and maintain a current list of negotiated rates
- Gathering feedback on employee performance and customer satisfaction
- Completing employee performance reviews at regular intervals and managing staff recognition and discipline
- Understanding the job requirements and business needs from the clients and making relevant JD s
- Developing recruitment processes to ensure seamless and quick flow of applications
- If needed, going to client location for interview drive coordination
- Maintaining an error-free database of a pre-interview funnel and post-interview feedback on internal portals (and spreadsheets if needed)
- Assist sourcing team in increasing conversion
- Assist sales team in raising invoices and payment collection
- Regularly meeting clients to gauge health of engagement and future business potential
- Must always have a customer-first mindset
