Key Accounts Manager - Logistics Company (6-10 yrs)
Key Account Manager is required for a reputed 3P Logistics Company.
- The incumbent will be responsible for Developing and managing flagship accounts in the CPG space.
- Negotiating and managing delivery of target gross margins for each service line.Conducting opportunity assessment for all assigned to defined & implement overall account strategy e.g. to deliver doubling of revenue or 2-5% improvement in gross margins.
- Developing and maintaining high level relationships with these strategic accounts to sell new business.
- Proactively working with customers in defining bid specifications and drive negotiations for win-win contracts.
- Developing deep understanding of current and future customer needs, developing customized value propositions for customers as per their needs. Identifying new ways of adding value to accounts.
- Reviewing account performance regularly - to ensure SLA/KPI delivery and manages renewals in timely manner.
- Driving continuous improvement efforts/KAIZENs at clients to ensure operational excellence.
- Driving and delivering on the customer satisfaction index.
- Helping the sales team develop and deliver similar operations across similar/large MNC customers.
- Managing and monitoring cost of operations and Anchoring quarterly quality and process improvements etc.
- The incumbent should be a full time MBA passed out in 2007 / 2006 / 2008 / 2009 from reputed institutes with at least 6 - 9 years of post MBA experience in Key Accounts /Business Development with a leading 3P Logistics Company.
- The incumbent must have extensive sales & marketing experience of developing and managing +20 crs large MNC/pan India accounts and ability to provide leadership and manage cross functional teams on a large scale Driven, result focused with excellent oral and written communication skills
