We are on lookout for KAM/Strategic Accounts Manager for our client in Fintech. They are looking for candidates having experience in handling large accounts of BFSI/NBFC/Financial Institutions in a SaaS based organization.
Job responsibilities:
- Map your Accounts, identify, develop and build relationships with key stakeholders
- Generate new business and manage existing business from your named Accounts
- Define the Account strategy and drive a QoQ sales plan
- Serve as a point of contact for the customer and all internal teams
- Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to Client needs and objectives
- Communicate clearly the progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives to internal and external stakeholders
- Measure, track and analyze key account metrics
- Assist with high severity requests or issue escalations as needed
