Key Accounts Manager - Ecommerce
Bangalore - Mumbai - Gurgaon & WFH Options
Role: Responsible for managing a brand for ecommerce Business.
Responsibilities :
Sales and Marketing :
- Plan, Monitor and Drive Sales on brand's own website and marketplaces.
- Develop ecommerce sales strategies to achieve budgeted revenue and growth.
- Plan and execute marketing campaigns on website and marketplaces to ensure optimum visibility and right ROI.
Planning, Buying, and Merchandising :
- Plan right merchandise mix and ensure right merchandise is available for the channel.
- Plan, review, and modify discounts to ensure targeted sell thrus are achieved profitably.
- Build the right product and channel mix with the partners to deliver secondary sales.
Stakeholder Management :
- Build and foster a relationship with the channel partners to be recognized as a preferred brand on most important marketplaces.
- Build regular reviews with the partners to align business objectives, review KPIs, and address bottlenecks.
- Build regular reviews with Brand managers to review KPIs, align with Brand's Marketing campaigns, and review Inventory.
- Analyse Sales trends. inventory availability and inventory health and share relevant information with all stakeholders.

Background : Experience in Planning or Category management with Fashion/Lifestyle Brands, Retailer or Ecommerce company preferred.
