- Looking for candidates from the B2B SaaS space with strong account management experience
- Candidates from SaaS key accounts background.
- Looking for candidates 4+ years experience from Key Account/Customer success backgrounds in Mumbai/Chennai/Bangalore
- The role will be responsible to manage a set of large accounts in their region.
- Developing trust relationships with a portfolio of major clients
- Upsell and cross sell
- Target & business driven
- Great understanding of B2B Enterprise business
- Great relationships in the CXO category
- Awesome presentation skills especially at the CXO level
- Resolve any issues and problems faced by customers
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with aptitude in building relationships with professionals of all organizational levels
- Excellent organizational skills
- Ability in problem-solving and negotiation
