Key Accounts Leas- Ecommerce


Purpose - Why does it exist?

To lead the growth of key ecommerce channels for beauty brands :

Key Performance Indicators :

1. Profitable sales growth in key ecommerce channels

2. Strong brand recall, visibility & share of voice at the channels

3. Category width, new launch performance and other category-specific objectives

Key Responsibilities :

P&L

1. Create & deliver ambitious growth plans on key ecommerce platforms. Overall, in charge of business delivery at these channels.

2. Managing and driving results on channel marketing, visibility and consumer promotion budgets, in order to maintain channel profitability

Visibility metrics

3. Maintain cataloguing and fill levels to ensure brand is well represented across all categories

4. Drive content innovation to improve organic reach

5. Participate in key marketplace events and ensure brand visibility in key properties

Operational metrics

6. Ensure replication across multiple warehouse locations

7. Ensure coordinated supply chain functioning to maximize stock availability

Stakeholder Management

8. Work closely with the marketplace teams, internal brand & category teams, supply chain teams and other stakeholders in the value chain on all aspects related to brand growth and sales

People Management

9. Create a supportive and collaborative environment in which team members are coached, trained and provided with opportunities through development

10. Hire & build a highly passionate and self-driven team internally to sustainably and profitably grow the ecommerce business for the brands

Experience & Qualification

Mandatory:

1. MBA from a reputed college, with minimum 5 years' experience in sales/ecommerce roles with P&L responsibility

2. Prior ecommerce marketplace management experience is a must

3. Demonstrated ability to lead teams and work in high-pressure situations.

4. A passion for numbers

5. Top notch problem-solving skills

6. Excellent planning skills, analytical ability and lateral thinking ability

7. Great at managing relationships, leading teams and working with multiple stakeholders
