Lead - Key Accounts -Food Services (FMCG)

This is your opportunity to lead national key accounts in one of the most dynamic and rapidly evolving sectors in FMCG.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead strategic customer relationships across Food Services segments: QSRs, Hotels, Restaurants, Cloud Kitchens, and Aggregators
- Own the end-to-end account lifecycle - from cracking new accounts to nurturing and expanding existing partnerships
- Drive monthly/quarterly/annual sales (AOP) with a strong focus on top-line growth and profitability
- Build and maintain a robust sales funnel across near-term (3 months), mid-term (6 months), and long-term (12 months) horizons
- Collaborate closely with marketing and product teams to tailor solutions and drive demand generation
- Conduct in-depth technical/product discussions with Chefs, Buyers, Promoters, and other stakeholders
- Institutionalize reviews and strategic alignment with NKAMs/BDMs to track key account development and performance
- Champion a forward-looking Key Account Management framework tailored to the evolving Food Services channel
What We're Looking For:
- 10-12 years of overall experience, with 5+ years in Key Account Management (Food Services)
- Proven success in managing large accounts in hospitality, HoReCa, QSR, or cloud kitchen ecosystems
- Excellent stakeholder management skills across technical and commercial domains
- Strong understanding of food products, applications, and customer operations
- A strategic and structured thinker who can work cross-functionally to deliver business outcomes
Qualifications:
- MBA from a Premier B-School (Preferred)
- Hotel Management background + MBA is a strong plus
