- Business Development and Client Interaction
- Respond to client enquiries about Consulting services through email, conversations and meetings. Understand client requirements accurately and comprehensively.
- Identify existing clients who can be contacted to create opportunities for our consulting services
- Tap into own network to create leads that can be pursued for business development
- Update internal team on the client needs and plan for subsequent conversations along with other members of the consulting team, as required
- Write approach notes and proposals to be sent to clients
- Coordinate, facilitate and lead the approach / proposal presentations to clients.
- Support and where relevant, lead negotiations around the proposals, to convert proposals to projects.
- Maintain an ongoing relationship with clients.
Consulting Project Delivery
- Manage planning and execution of consulting projects.
- Manage /participate / provide support in project delivery - locate and read up reference materials, frameworks and research articles, create presentations and training materials, curate videos, reading materials and resources material resources and plan for execution.
- Organise, track and manage assessment administrations, reports, analysis of assessment data, as relevant to the consulting projects.
- Deliver individual debriefs, training modules, workshops, presentations and webinars. Manage projects independently.
- Ensure project related invoicing is done on time. Liaise with the client and internal team for this.
- Maintain, update consulting MIS and trackers.
Educational Requirements:
Minimum Educational requirement - MBA in HR or Post Graduation in Psychology
- Certifications in one or more psychometric assessments like the MBTI-
- Certifications / training in Assessment and Development Centre management and delivery
- Experience Requirements (minimum 2 of the 4 listed below)
- Prior experience of managing and delivering (internal /external) consulting projects - end to end, from requirement gathering, making proposals, managing stakeholders, designing, delivering and facilitating projects in the areas of talent selection OR talent development OR leadership Development.
- Working with psychometric tools - delivering feedback, using the tools for talent assessment etc.
