Key Account Manager - Telecom/Consumer Durable (10-13 yrs)

Own client relationship based on - one commercial face to a client- for A/B non-Retailer accounts; sell all solutions in a portfolio and owns Client P&L. Targets and incentives based on both client revenue and profit targets
The incumbent will be a team member driving Sales for Telecom operator/ Devices & Consumer Durable/ FMCG/ DIGITAL/ Small Appliances.
Key responsibility will include:
1.Develop sales strategy for A/B non-Retail accounts based on overall business strategy incl. targets and incentive components
2.Build, maintain, and strengthen relationships with A/B non-Retail accounts in the country
3.Identify account needs (new and existing) to generate interest and leads for company portfolio (incl. up-sell and cross-sell)
4.Configure off-the-shelf/ simple solutions and lead design process for complex/ bespoke solutions
5.Define prices/ discounts based on pre-defined corridors and rate cards
6.Develop proposal strategy and create proposal document using proposal library as applicable
7.Prepare and conduct sales pitches and close deals with A/B non-Retail accounts
8.Join key presentations & workshops adding expertise during project/ contract delivery
9.Conduct client review and post-mortem analysis and document lessons learned
