Key Account Manager - Telecom (5-10 yrs)
Urgent Opening in Leading Telecom Operator for the position of KAM, Hyderabad
Job Description:
- Handling top large accounts of interns of all lines of business i.e. Fixed line, MPLS, Broadband.
- Driving the business through handling a team of FSE's including TL of enterprise partner.
- Target and penetrate key prospects and influence decision-makers to understand technology and articulate the value proposition to customers.
- Responsible for achieving the set order booking/ revenue targets for the vertical in the region by effectively handling mid & large segment accounts and taking care of their entire range of telecom requirements across all data & voice solutions.
- Identifying & developing new leads from new / existing accounts, coordinating first kick-off meetings, reviewing customer requirements, identifying business capabilities for designing resolutions, ensuring preparation of RFS and project take-off.
- Handling day-to-day customer management operations and provides timely resolution for customer issues and complaints. Required to regularly interface with the client and take account of any changes in customer needs.
- Responsible for practicing effective relationship management, especially for clients requiring data solutions to nurture associations.
- Managing key customers and building long-term relationships leading to increased business for
- Managing difficult customers competently while ensuring no customer churns
- Handling each customer transaction from end-to-end and ensuring customer delight, despite drastic increase in number of transactions Know-how, Technical Domain Knowledge.
- Developing, training and motivating the team on timely basis on the various technology developments and ensure the performance of the staff is of a high standard.
