Job Description :
- The Solution Consultant is responsible for working with sales teams to communicate and demonstrate the unique and critical business value that company presents to our clients in achieving their business goals.
- The Solution Consultant will work with the enterprise sales account executives to identify customer business goals and challenges, determine customer requirements, quantify company business value and coordinate with the Sales & Engineering team to deliver executive level, compelling and differentiating presentations/demonstrations.
- Ultimately this team is an important part of ensuring our customers and their customers have an incredible Customer experience.
As a Solution Consultant, a typical day might include:
- Reviewing sales opportunities with account executives to prepare for customer engagements including discovery, executive presentations and demonstrations.
- Collaborating with company Engineering & Marketing team to help drive compelling customer facing messaging and strategy.
- Meeting with prospective and existing clients to present/communicate our unique value proposition to ensure we are achieving expectations and continuing to move forward in the sales process.
