Key Responsibilities :
- Build strong relationships with key accounts, by understanding their needs, creating a win-win, and effectively managing communications with them
- Partner with key accounts for growth of our brands and devise strategies in close collaboration with internal sales and marketing teams
- Get competition and category insights from the market and from our field personnel and provide feedback to product and marketing teams
- Prepare and execute action plans for focus products and new launches across all accounts to maximize sales
Experience & Qualification
- MBA from Tier 1 or Tier 2 college with at least 5 years of sales experience, of which at least 3 should have been managing key accounts
- B2C experience is highly preferred
- Sales planning and execution skills are a must. Team leadership experience is highly preferred
- Very high analytical ability, people skills and problem-solving ability
