Key Account Manager - Railways/Auto Segment - Transportation & Mobility (8-12 yrs)

- Develop & execute on sales Strategy & Vision on the scope of overall assigned account(s), in close collaboration with INDUSTRY, BRANDS and all actors involved on the accounts, to meet the given revenue plan for the year and for every quarter, for license sales, maintenance sales and services sales.

- Perform full sales engagements consistent with the LEVERAGE process to overachieve revenue plan.

- Own the definition and execution of the strategic account plan and drive opportunity management in line with company sales process.

- Has existing connects and relationships with key customer personnel, preferably at C-level, and key influencers in the Auto OEM/Railways industry.

- Desirable to have a working knowledge of the domain and processes of manufacturing industry ( Auto OEM/ Railways).

- Lead the sales process efficiency, organize the negotiations and closing.

- Build long term relationships with customer at C-level and business decision makers, animate Customer's Relationship & Network, manage overall customer satisfaction.

- Open doors and identify new opportunities for new business usages.

- Identify and engage appropriate internal resources and external ecosystem resources to deliver value to the customer; leverage external Partners (SI, Consultants) & Influencers at the Account.

- Communicate effectively in implementing account sales strategy.

- Forecast & report sales performance indicators towards targets.

- Involve teams and/or C&SI as appropriate to maintain a high-end consulting presence at customer and to create new growth opportunities.

- Provide an accurate forecast for Q, Q+1, Q+2 and FY creating the appropriate pipeline to reach business objectives.

- Manage negotiation with the customer by complying with all company engagement processes government and local regulations, policies and ethical standards.

- Manage company and Client ecosystems all along the customer experience to ensure global satisfaction.

Desired Profile :

- Should have 8 years to 10 years of experience in engaging with large enterprise for sales.

- Should have Engineering background from good Institutes .Preferably and MBA.

- Strong Communication skills.

- Experience of selling to Railways and Auto OEM will be preferred.
