- Complete understanding of an Account, and to be the Medtronic Representative with the account
a. Be First point of contact for the accounts.
b. Comprehensive mapping of all account stakeholders and their priorities.
c. Act as escalation point for all customer and system issues.
- Collaboration with internal / external stakeholders on a regular basis to create a KAM Commercial & Value proposal & build a strong relationship for expanding the business opportunities.
a. Collaborate internally to develop proposals and provide appropriate customer traction.
b. Maintain Deal Closure milestones.
c. Complete stakeholder mapping and drive a calendar based engagement plan
- Responsible for KAM account Operations & Performance achievement.
a. Achieve Target AOP for the accounts and region
b. Implement plan to achieve agreed revenues and drive commercial performance progress.
c. Monitor product mix performance and implement corrective measures where necessary.
d. Quarterly dashboards versus plan for internal / external stakeholders.
e. Quarterly Review meetings basis calendar with external stakeholders.
f. Monthly internal Governance review meeting with KAM account stakeholders.
g. Resolve account issues within 30 days from day of escalation.
