Key Account Manager - Pharma/FMCG
A. ROLE & CONTEXT :
Purpose/ Functional Context:
This role is responsible to Conduct market research, Builds relationships with influencers and corporate decision makers, Sell a products and services to targeted business clients and Manage relationships with existing customers. Achieve growth objectives of the company including market share, revenue, profit . Cultivate and nurture customers and partnerships ensuring budgeted return on investment .Acquire new customers across regions and all product verticals.
B. ROLE ACCOUNTABILITIES :
- Create impact and influence with stakeholders including Clients executive leadership and cross-functional leaders
- Acquire clients a thorough understanding of key customer needs and requirements
- Developing a thorough understanding of key clients' needs and requirements and preparing customized solutions
- Ensure the correct products and services are delivered to customers in a timely manner
- Expand the relationships with Industry bodies and key influencers
