Key Deliverables of the Role
- Responsible for a section of the Saudi Arabia business and accountable for revenue and trading profit objectives
- Act as the key FPR for managing distribution alliances between the organization and country partners
- Deliver budgeted top-line performance and net contribution
- Coordinate with supply chain, logistics, and finance teams to ensure timely servicing of orders
- Plan and forecast the annual business plan for assigned customers, including new product launches, product listings, sales performance, profitability, forecasting, and promotional campaigns to enhance brand visibility
- Expand the organization's portfolio in various countries, maximize sales, and ensure business continuity
- Provide qualitative and quantitative market analysis regarding potential, size, and product share
- Develop thorough understanding of food and cosmetic laws applicable in the relevant geographies
- Benchmark competition on pricing and branding; maintain a comprehensive data repository
- Ensure periodic account reconciliation with channel partners and key customers
Qualification & Experience
- At least 4 years of FMCG sales experience
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Business Development / Modern Trade / Export Business
- Excellent communication, presentation, problem-solving, and negotiation skills
Knowledge, Skills & Competencies
- Strong track record in secondary sales performance
- Willingness to be based in Saudi Arabia

This role involves collaboration with in-country sales partners (distributors), trade stakeholders, consumers, internal support teams, and external research agencies
