Hiring for a leading Bank for Key Account Manager Role.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Responsible for handling the Payment Gateway services to the Direct Merchants with Axis Bank and acquiring new merchants with the Bank.
- Closely working with the aggregator (RZP) to onboard the direct Merchants, activate new merchants, and monitor the volume for cards and NB. Also working on the VAS arrangement with aggregator as per the merchant requirement.
- Coordination with various teams within the bank for the on-boarding process (Docs processing, CPV, Risk check, Product team), etc. Also closely working with the Portfolio & finance department for the commercial approval.
- Responsible for all E-com business primarily from the Payment perspective.
- Managing the alternate channel partners (Braches, Internal Stack Holders, other Departments) to generate the prospects for PG.
- Growth in Business throughput, new acquisitions, Revenue/Income through MDR, AMC and Integration fee, etc.
- Work closely with the E-Com Branch Banking team and ensure the success of all E-com initiatives in the channel.
- Activities and higher penetration of Bankcards and other payment products in the portfolio.
- Managing the existing merchants for any escalation of new MID creation, Key Account Management, and liaising with the exiting merchant relationship.
- Focus on start-up companies, Education institutions, universities, Hotels, and trusts for digital payment.
- Managing the portfolio of the existing merchant and generating the revenue and increasing the Txsn volume.
