KAM with a leading Online Education Setup  Role of Key Account Management  Education sector spends upwards of 2400 cr p.a. on advertising, this spend is divided ~90% on print and ~7% on online, clearly indicating that there is a large headroom for growth in the online space for education sector.   For Shiksha to take a large pie of the online spend, Key account management is the focus. We expect a selective set of clients to contribute disproportionately to business. To manage such accounts, we need a select set of high potential people. The role offers a great chance to create high impact, and a strong career trajectory for those who are able to meet the demands of the role.  Key Responsibilities of this role:  1. To contribute to the development and execution of the Sales strategy for the assigned region, driving both penetration and up-selling.  2. Responsible for achieving the quarterly and annual revenue and sales targets in the assigned region.   3. Provide leadership to the assigned team to further grow the online market.  4. Effectively understand the needs of different clients and proposing customized solutions that best address those needs.   5. Responsible for existing account management and account mining for additional business through continuous client engagement. Develop deep relationships with Chairmen, Deans, Admission Directors of key institutes in the region  6. Work towards improving sales processes related to training, account profiling, account monitoring, account delivery. For account delivery, work closely with customer delivery team  Experience and Education Qualification  - 10-12 years of experience in a B2B selling environment with exposure of key account handling  - MBA or equivalent.   Desired Candidate Profile:  - Proven track record of managing large accounts and closing large deals.  - Demonstrated ability to lead, develop and motivate sales teams.  - Ability to drive self and team to achieve aggressive revenue targets.  - Ability to build and manage relationships with senior members in client organizations like Chairmen, CMOs, Promoters and Institute Heads is a must.  - Strong commercial acumen   - Good Analytical skills and problem solving capability  - Understanding of online marketing is essential.  - Should be able to make and deliver impactful presentations to senior managements members of the client organization.  - Proficient in MS office tools like Excel and PowerPoint.  - Ability to think on the spot to effectively answer client queries/objections
