1. Aim at the growth of new accounts - Cloud, Network, UCC, Hosting and Security, SD-WAN 2. Responsible for Y-o-Y revenue growth for the allocated accounts 3. Upselling and Cross-Selling in the particular accounts 4. Farm the Key Accounts and grow them in wallet share 5. Take ownership of collection and service calls 6. Develop sales plans to achieve annual target; Engage with key customers to understand their technical requirements and price points 7. Provide support where required for opportunity closure. May lead important projects and advice in all aspects of the project to ensure delivery of quality outcomes 8. Tactical role which provides a marked contribution to defining the direction of new products, processes, standards, or operational plans based upon business strategy, with a significant impact on business unit overall results 9. Developing the company's long-range sales strategy, forecasting sales volumes, and building customer relationships. Identify sales opportunities and conduct feasibility checks to ensure maximum conversion of these opportunities to generate revenue as per sales strategy/ targets 10. Positioning and promoting the value proposition, leading sales in the development and expansion of opportunities, and reinforcing existing relationships 11. Responsible for annual revenue quota booking with significant growth in subsequent years with an emphasis on the development of client relationships and customer delivery
