At present, We per having an urgent opening for KEY ACCOUNTS MANAGER (MODERN TRADE) for a reputed FMCG Co based at MUMBAI location.

Base Job Location : MUMBAI

- The incumbent will be taking care of Mumbai, Rest of Maharashtra and Gujarat

- Will be handling a team of Key Accounts Executives

- Should have exposure in handling the mentioned markets 

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES :

- Responsible for customer, customer relation enhancement, effective implementations of organizational operated promotional plans, maximum products availability, getting the market share on shelf

- Conduct regular market visits to check route coverage, Competitor activity and continuously search for new opportunities in order to increase sales in the region.

- Handling sales through MT retail accounts like Big Bazaar, ABRL, Easyday, like Metro Cash & Carry. and few independent self-service stores for an allocated area

- Establish and ensure that all sales administration procedures relating to the region are properly implemented to support the sales teams in their efforts to accomplish the sales targets and Responsible for sales teams- performance

- Competition understanding through customer discussions and field visits

- Bring out opportunities and gaps for the larger team to work upon

- Integrate sales efforts with other organized marketing activities and product launches, Brand Promotions, advertising

- Review and Reporting Collate data and prepare reports to track various parameters Sales efficiency, Sales achievement, MT accounts by managing stocks at distributors and right forecasting

- Robust plan to roll out GTM (go to market) strategy, Superlative execution in terms of distribution and basic field efficiencies

- Efficiently researching target markets and trends, and adjusts sales strategy accordingly, explore various business development channels to achieve the targets

- Recruit and Train the new hires. Identify new areas of development in the given location

Will be an Individual role :

- Responsible for Rest of Maharashtra / Mumbai and Gujarat markets.

- Should have team handling experience of 2-3 years across mentioned geography
