- Understanding competitor landscaping areas of E Commerce

- Category Revenue Potential in E commerce

- Understanding Key Drivers, Consumer purchase behaviors in E Commerce.

- Developing& Optimizing Marketing Strategies for consumer acquisition & Brand Engagement.

- Managing the Channel P&L, Delivery of Revenue & Management Expenditure.

- Vendor, Cross Functional & People Management. Developing Marketing Strategy for E commerce, Developing customized product portfolio for E commerce.
