Key Account Manager- Merchant Acquisition
- Relationship Management of Key Merchants directly
- To have the budgeted number of Key Relationship Officer/s and ensure that they are trained in all the aspects of Relationship Management including service and support function
- Regular Beat Plan/ Visitation plan to merchants basis the category by the Relationship Officers and Self.
- To ensure that the Merchants are transacting on the terminals and are active.
- Increase in Wallet Share of our Business from Shared Counters.
- To Upsell Value Added Products creating stickiness & generating revenue
- To Upsell Additional TIDs with rentals
- To Cross Sell other Bank products to the merchants viz., CASA, General Insurance/Credit Cards/Fixed Deposits/Loan products etc . Which in turn creates stickiness and generates revenue.
- To resolve customer queries/ issues without escalation
- To provide Customer Delight
