Key Account Manager - Logistics Startup (5-8 yrs)
- Growth360 is a leading executive search firm and we focus on hiring niche and leadership talent for companies that are scaling up.
- We are currently retained by a leading logistics disruption player (well-funded and established) to hire a Key Account Manager for servicing and farming B2B clients. This will be a senior role and will play a leadership role in terms of managing people along with the ability to effectively engage with customers and ensure long term relationships.
Location : Gurgaon
Responsibilities :
- Build, retain and manage the Key Accounts team
- Define, introduce and implement processes and ensure adherence
- Drive product adoption by effectively engaging with customers
- Liaising with internal departments to ensure client needs are fulfilled effectively
- Escalating and resolving areas of concern as raised by clients.
- Carrying out client satisfaction surveys and reviews.
- Own customer portfolio and deliver superior relationship management
- Engage with high value customers directly.
- Responsible for revenue increase (up-selling) from existing customer base
- Responsible for leading the implementation and collection teams
- Leading CSAT and NPS for Customer Success
To Fit the bill, you must have :
- An Engineer from a top engg college along with MBA from a leading B School
- 5-8 years of experience in Enterprise/B2B Account management
- 2 years of experience in leading an Account Management team
- Experience in Logistics/Commercial Vehicle/Automobile industries is desired but not mandatory.
- Experience of putting in place processes and SOPs for optimization and better customer success
- Must be excited about bringing Tech to a traditional industry and changing lives.
- High level of ownership, willingness to set up things from scratch.
