Key Account Manager - US IT Staffing Agency (NIGHT SHIFT) Key Account Manager - US IT Staffing Agency - Looking to hire a KEY ACCOUNT MANAGER FOR A Client of mine who are a USA based staffing agency for their office at Jaynagar - Bangalore. - This position would involve working in the Nights as the Individual would be supporting the US Market. PREFFERED: The applicant should have managed DELOITTE, EY, PWC, KPMG ECT.. from a Vendor/staffing agency perspective. SKILLS/EXPERIENCE REQUIRED : - Looking for someone who is extremely good at nurturing/anchoring relationships (Clients, Colleagues ect) i.e a solid Anchor. - Ability to communicate effectively with executives, employees, vendors and customers (both internal and external) at all levels of the organization, in person, via telephone and email or other written correspondence. - Well-developed written and verbal communication, including solid presentation skills - Confident presence and in person professional appearance - Demonstrable track record of performance and delivery. - Must come from or have experience working with US based search firms/staffing agencies. RESPONSIBILITIES : - Manage Key Relationships within the Designated Account List. - Build strong relationships with key customers in accounts to enhance long term business opportunities - Direct activities needed to acquire and maintain customer relationships - Participate in contract negotiations with customers - Develop strategic sales and marketing recommendations for management - Coordinate with local operation sites to ensure appropriate inventory and staffing management - Consult with customers to measure and address the need for various products and services - Support customer service expectations and address concerns - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet objectives.
