Key Account Manager - Internet/eCommerce (2-5 yrs)
About the Role:
- As a KAM, you will be leading comany's penetration into organized offline retailers within your category and geography.
- The key account manager will develop new relationships with potential clients along with handling important existing accounts. You will be the lead point of contact for all key client matters & work within the company to ensure deadlines for client are met.
Major responsibilities:
- Identify the categories of offline merchants and micro - markets to onboard multiple accounts from different categories: Retail, pharma, healthcare, fashion and jewellery, automobile, hotels, food and beverages (regional chains, standalone, corporate cafeterias, college canteens, QSR chains), spas and salons.
- Manage the entire process of on-boarding to deployment initially, account management, merchant servicing and driving month on month transaction and GMV growth
- Revisit the top transacting merchants on monthly basis and pass product and market feedback to the product team.
- Meet monthly onboarding & transaction targets
