International Key Account Manager - IT Product sales - SaaS - Presales - EMEA & APAC
- Our client is a leading global player, with thousands of customers, and millions of users globally, and the de-facto standard in release and update management.
- Keeping in mind the fast-paced growth, we are looking at a Key Account Sales Manager to Lead World-class Sales Account Managers team based in India covering EMEA and APAC accounts.
Roles & Responsibilities :
Increase renewal rates and reduce churn :
- Expand their revenue in accounts through Renewals, Up-sell, Cross-selling Advocacy
- Drive new business growth through greater advocacy and reference-ability
- Define the segmentation of the customer base and varying strategies
- Influence future lifetime value through higher product adoption, customer satisfaction and overall health scores
- Define and enforce operational metrics for team
- Create cadence for review within a team
Ideally, we are looking for YOU to be :
- 8 to 10 years of experience in Enterprise SaaS software sales
- 2-4 years of leadership role having direct reports
- Strong empathy for customers AND passion for revenue and growth
- Experience working for a SaaS company
- Relevant Bachelor's degree; preference for computer science or related degrees
- Willing to work in the European and Asian time zone based on account/territory assignment
