Key Account Manager - International Business - Agri/FMCG (10-20 yrs)

- This position is called for a leading client who is into multiple business in Agri, FMCG, Commodity products with both Domestic and International visibility for their range of products in both Consumer Pack and Bulk products like Staples and Pulses.

- The role is primarily to develop and expand New Business in US geography for their range of products either thru direct importers, Agents or Distributors.

The crucial work responsibilities would be as appended below:

- Identify and develop sales channels for Identified Indian products

- Driving the sales performance of the e-commerce platform and all other channels catering to the Indian diaspora

- Product Listing and cataloguing to various platforms.

- Develop and implement an eCommerce strategy to improve performance.

- Managing and executing promotional campaigns

- Providing insights on customer shopping trends to support assortment selection and identify assortment gaps

- Ensuring good customer service by addressing and ensuring the timely resolution of customer issues or comments

- Working closely with demand planning and warehousing teams in order to ensure smooth order fulfillment

- Providing analysis and reporting on metrics such as weekly/monthly sales by department, new product sell-through, and offering code performance

- Work with the marketing team or manage digital marketers to improve quality and traffic acquisition

- Research the market to discover new trends in order to improve performance

- Oversee or directly manage digital marketing channels across email marketing and social media.

- Report on performance.

- Develop the annual and seasonal promo marketing plans as an integral component of the planning process.

THIS ROLE REQUIRES THE FOLLOWING EXPOSURE AND EXPERTISE WHICH IS ESSENTIAL TO CONSIDER:

Key Requirements :

- Knowledge and proven track record of the US markets distributing Indian branded products.

- You have a degree in Marketing, e-commerce, or a related field.

- You have prior experience in a similar role especially Experience within marketing.

- Minimum 10+ year's experience in a similar role

- You possess a solid understanding of e-commerce frameworks.

- You have a self-starter mentality with the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast- paced working environment.

- You have a high level of attention to detail including a proven ability to manage multiple, competing priorities simultaneously.

- Confidence in developing and overseeing retail and eCommerce-focused digital marketing strategies

- You are a creative and strategic thinker with a strong customer orientation.

- You have excellent interpersonal and communication skills, thrive in matrix environments, and are adept at building relationships with different stakeholders.
