1) Job Purpose:
This role is acting as a SPOC for Key Stakeholders along with having the mandate to attract new banking customers . Tasked with the additional responsibility of streamlining business and increasing business revenue.

Supporting Actions :
- Generate leads & business through clients
- Opening calls by exploring new business opportunities via structured discussions with key stakeholders.
- Increasing business and profitability by marketing/selling relevant insurance products and services to Key stakeholders and Banking Clients (non-group side)
- Interfacing with high net worth Banking clients for understanding their requirements and suggesting viable solutions to cultivate relations leading to customer retention.
- Supporting the sales and retention team in pre-sales activities through risk mapping, market research analytics, data analytics, performance management and claims assistance.
Stakeholder Relationship Management :
- Strengthening relationships with key accounts holders in the group through frequent visits, proactive management of issues and continuous engagement based on a clear and planned vision map.
- Retention of existing relationships and development of strategies to build and increase the stickiness of customers.
- Liaisioning within all internal teams (placement, claims and servicing) for effective, smooth deliverables to customers to enhance customer experiences.
- Coordinate with sales to build strong client relations.
- Respond to all stakeholder queries within TATs
