Key Account Manager - FMGC/Internet

Responsibilities :

1. Analyze business metrics and help accounts in the portfolio grow organically & profitably

2. Develop Joint business plans to deliver profitable growth for accounts

3. Excellent analytical skills (should be proficient in Excel & G sheets, expert level of analytical skills)

4. Exceptional communication to allow proper articulation of expectations from the partners and make the partners elaborate their expectations to all involved stakeholders

5. Should be able to manage multiple stakeholders (partner brand owners/ aggregator SPOCs/ Internal teams) to deliver agreed milestones within timelines.

Qualification :

1. Graduation / Post graduation completed, preferably in Marketing, Sales, or relevant field.

2. Min. 3-5 years of experience in Business Growth/account management (Preferably from the food tech industry or hospitality industry) with a proven track record of portfolio growth organically

3. Great communication skills and able to understand partners requirements and adjust proposals accordingly

4. Analytical mindset to understand business trends and extrapolate to logical conclusions

5. Proficient negotiator; relationship management skills

6. Able to multi-task and drive multiple projects to closure simultaneously

7. Should be able to manage a team of field executives

8. Exposure in Food tech/ E-commerce/ aggregator model.
