Key Account Manager - FMCG/Telecom (2-5 yrs)
Responsibilities:
The Key Account Manager will be responsible for driving renewals of our merchants and ensuring that they derive maximum value from the use of Org. To achieve this, the account manager will interact regularly with the merchants and build a strong lasting relationship and drives improvements to the merchant's usage of Org and drives adoption of new features that help merchants.
- To work as a single point of contact between merchant & Org to understand the merchant's requirement and offer solutions within the deadline
- To engage with merchants on a regular basis to build a long-lasting relationship
- Maintaining good relationships and finding opportunities for upsells to offer all in one solution
- Account management
- Acquire new merchants
- Manage schedule and prioritize well, in order to meet deadlines
