Position Purpose:
This position will be responsible to handle Business Development & B2B Sales for the Key Accounts :
Principal Accountability:
- Sales & Development
- Achieving the sales target
- Value sales - managing profitability as per the product, service, and customer ask. Also making a plan to improve the profitability
- Tapping the new opportunity with existing customers maximize sales with existing customers by current and future new product innovation
- Key Account Management / Customer relationship management/Team Management
- Team handling capabilities
- Product innovation with existing / new customers
10% : Operations / SCM Management :
- Ensuring timely delivery to the customer
- Service innovations with existing and new customers
- VMI(Vendor managed inventory)
- IBP(Integrated business plan)
- Close coordination with internal SCM team
5% : Reporting's & other sales responsibilities :
- Presentation / reports etc. This is related to capability and has to be experienced to handle team in future
Required Qualifications:
Food Technology professionals with :
- At least 6 years- experience into Key Accounts Management (B2B) + Institutional Sales (most recent experience) in Food industry
- Key account management & Customer relationship management
- Open to travel & relocation
