We are looking for a skilled Key Account Manager for our client which is into Events the role is to oversee the relationships of the company with its most important clients. You will be responsible for obtaining and maintaining long term key customers by comprehending their requirements.
The ideal candidate will be apt in building strong relationships with strategic customers. You will be able to identify needs and requirements to promote our company's solutions and achieve mutual satisfaction. The goal is to contribute in sustaining and growing our business to achieve long-term success.
Location Mumbai
Key Responsibilities
- Directing and controlling the processing and fulfillment of orders, fielding customer inquiries, and resolving customer complaints.
- Liaison with Finance, Purchase, Logistics, Sales, and other departments for coordination purposes.
- Ensure client satisfaction with an organization's product or service.
- Support Corporate Sales Team or Business Development teams in servicing accounts.
- Assist clients to use the products and services and keep them updated about new features launched.
- Consult customer surveys and other types of research to gauge the overall level of client satisfaction and address areas of concern
- Maintaining cordial relation with clients and gener11ate revenues from existing accounts.
- Acquire and manage new corporate clients and ensure client servicing of highest order.
- Maintain trackers, reports for client interaction, product/ service usage
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely fulfillment of products orders/ services
Salary offered: 10 - 15 LPA
