Position- KAM Ecom - Personal Care / Luxury Business- FMCG

Location : Mumbai

Job Description:

- He/ She will be responsible for managing the sales of E - Com Channel for the Personal care / Luxury Grooming Vertical .

- He/ She will be responsible for developing strong relationships with the Category teams of the E Com channel partners, developing sales plan for the Personal care/ and Grooming categories for month, quarter & year, develop Terms of Trade & Joint Business plans, collaborate with Marketing to develop the marketing plan to support consumer acquisitions for respective categories, coordinate with Supply Chain on procurement and timely deliveries against POs and appointments, Manage sales budget and bring in Insights in collaboration with Channel Partners

- He/She will directly report both functionally and administratively to the Business Head, however he/she is expected to work closely with the E Com teams within FMCG for cross collaboration and also maintaining sanity of benchmarks created with channel partners

- Creating a business plan for the financial year for the existing portfolio

- Developing a support plan that will help achieve the objectives

- Accountable for successful and timely execution of agreed activities

- Regular Reporting of business performance of the portfolio
