a) Drive Amazon & other Marketplaces sales by various methods Managing listings and optimizing product visibility
b) Plan, execute, measure, optmize and analyze ad campaigns on e-commerce marketplaces to achieve desired targets
c) Working with SP, SB and SD ad campaigns on Amazon AMS; PLA and PCA ads on Flipkart
d) Planning offers/discounts, promotional/marketing strategies, ads and action insights from competition analysis to drive key business metrics (Conversion, Returns, Cancellations, Margins, Etc.) on marketplaces such as Amazon, Flipkarts, Pharmeasy, etc.
e) Responsible for planning & delivering monthly and yearly sales targets. An eagle eye on Spend vs Sales, must not hit the upper cap of ACoS
f) Should have handled a budget of approx. 50L per month.
g) Analyse various data points to deliver data-driven strategies to deliver top performance and achieve KPIs using weekly/monthly reports
h) Maintain and leverage relationship with channel partners to execute new initiatives and to ensure smooth day-to-day operations
i) To manage/optimize product listings and do detailed cataloging as required.
j) To use SEO to increase online presence and expand sales globally using digital tools/resources.
k) To use data analytics to promote listings and optimize keywords, search results.
l) Regular monitoring of competitor pricing, reviews, etc. as part of campaign performance analysis
m) Marketing analytics: making sure the performance is tracked; measuring and reporting ROI
n) Ability to work with available tools such as Amazon Pi and Helium10 (or similar tools)
Experience & Skills:
- Required: Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in Amazon/Flipkart Marketplace operation Knowing the process of FBA process and inventory planning Experience leveraging, Amazon Seller Central and/or Amazon Marketing Services
- Experience in developing and overseeing marketplace sales
- Knowledge of ads-based marketing on eCommerce platforms is a must
- Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.
- Sound interpersonal skills and hands-on approach to problem solving
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Knowledge of digital marketing channels such as PPC ,SEO, Social Media Display and affiliate marketing channels
