Key Account Manager - eCommerce (4-7 yrs)
Position - Key Account Manager Ecommerce
Key Responsibilities :
- To manage and develop all aspects of the Ecommerce business and relationships including strategic and tactical initiatives, to drive online business growth, online market share and drive business profitability.
- Developing online shopper insights and support strategies and plans that deliver category growth based on online consumer, shopper and online customer requirements.
- Developing business relationship with key Customers & Partners to ensure strategic alignment and continuously improve customer satisfaction.
- Developing and communicating key priorities of E-business (Channel, Customer, business development, new opportunity, etc) to team members, leadership team and cross-functional partners
- Planning, developing, agreeing and implementing joint business plans with e-retailers
- Monitoring and reviewing business plans with your customers, and activating contingency plans when needed
- Managing sales forecasts and investment plans, and providing weekly estimates on sales projections
- Liaising with our Customer Marketing team and other cross-functional teams to deliver national marketing plans, achieve sales objectives and meet customer and consumer needs
- Agreeing on promotional forecasts and monthly promotional support packages with Demand Planning
- Reviewing promotional activity analysis to maximize key learnings
- Prospecting and managing new 3rd party marketplace opportunities and relationships
