Job Description :

As a Launch Specialist, you represent one of the first interactions a client has with our company and the product and are thus critical to each client's long-term success and happiness. You will ensure the accuracy and completeness of the client's launch set up within our system. You will be responsible for rapidly understanding each client's user persona and driving them to realise a fast time-to-value from their investment. You will achieve this through understanding customer business goals and objectives, developing strong rapport, and executing against a defined onboarding schedule. You will play a pivotal role in the initial setup, communication, training, project management, and delivery of onboarding services.

Responsibilities :

- Work closely with Account Managers and Launch Managers on a successful post-sales handoff

- Maintain (and improve) a standard onboarding framework to use with clients

- Design and pitch launch plan to the employers

- Oversee launch activities - virtually or in-person (as part of QA)

- Ensure launch plans for every employer are set up correctly and manage the hand-off to Marketing for further campaigns and engagement

- Be prescriptive in guiding and educating clients through their adoption and roll out during the onboarding time frame

- Monitor initial usage and proactively review with the marketing team

- Ensure clients achieve their initial value

- Constantly optimise processes to speed time to value

Qualifications :

- Overall 9+ years of experience with 6+ years of client relationship, client success role

- Excellent project management skills

- Excellent negotiation skills and well acquainted with liaising with decision makers/CXOs/Business Heads

- Strong attention to detail

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills

- Training delivery skills and the ability to communicate new concepts to the next billion users

- Excellent problem-solving capabilities

- 6+ years of experience in a high growth, tech focused environment

- Ability to work with clients directly in a courteous and professional manner
