About the role:
We are looking for a Key Accounts Manager (Customer Delight) to manage and maintain relationships with our top clients. The role requires the individual to have excellent communication and problem-solving skills to sort out any issues that may arise on the spot. The role will be responsible for listening to client complaints and providing solutions to improve our services and processes.
Duties & responsibilities:
- Build and maintain relationships with our top clients.
- Meet with clients regularly to discuss their concerns and provide solutions.
- Act as a mediator between clients and the company to resolve any issues that arise.
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance client satisfaction.
- Continuously seek to improve our services and processes by listening to client feedback.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure that clients receive quality service.
- Prepare reports and presentations on client feedback and satisfaction.
