Purpose of Role:
- The incumbent is a key member to retain top customers and nurture those key Relationships over time. To become a strategic partner and advisor to the client, Discovering new opportunities to work together for long term.
- The incumbent should have the bandwidth and necessary acumen to take up a Higher order business role in future.

Key accountabilities:
- Develop the "Trubuild Waterproofing" business for identified Key Accounts.
- Identify/ map and develop linked Users and sites of the Key Account.
- Develop business relations with focus set of Users. - Drive User Loyalty program.
- Identify/map Key Users and Key Accounts linked with Project Distributor.
- Manage the sales operations w.r.t to Astral- CC business.
- Build "Trubuild" Specifications in linked Key Accounts and generate sales From Specification to Commercials stage to Conversion of the same.
Requirements:
Educational Qualification: Graduate in any discipline. Post-graduation in management is
Preferred : Dip/BTech (Civil) can be added advantage.
Experience: 08 - 10 years of progressive experience in Key accounts management/Institutional/projects sales in building material industry. Preferably From CC background.
