Key Account Manager - BFSI (3-10 yrs)

- Act as the contact person for key or main customers for the company. Develop a deep and long-standing relationship with the vendors - to drive relationships from the strategic to the tactical

- Primary responsibility is to facilitate growth, increase app downloads and engagement within the app by developing and executing a comprehensive marketing strategy

- Work with management team to come up with right strategy for client engagement. Plan and execute strategy to achieve the goals

- Helping the senior management for creation of new products.

- Set the direction and strategy across channels and products.

- Understand our offerings and the business landscape, Identify new channels, capabilities, creative's to engage customers and drive engagement and user stickiness, Increase app downloads and retention

- Should be well-versed with fundamentals of online marketing, designing digital marketing campaigns from scratch across various mediums & channels

- Deep understanding of test design across multiple channels (Direct Mail, Email, Digital, Social, Mobile)

- Reporting, review and optimization of all marketing campaigns; assess against goals (ROI and KPIs); track traffic and conversion rates and provide recommendations and improvements to the proposition

- Spearhead inbound and outbound marketing campaigns and content marketing efforts

- Know the market: Stay on top of trends in an ever-changing landscape, find opportunities and prioritize based on size, internal capabilities, etc

- Know the competition: Understand on-line and off-line players

- Convert strategies into action by liaising with cross-functional leadership and drive the

Desired candidate profile :

- Minimum 3+ years experience with start-ups, small teams required

- Creative and analytical; independent thinker and idea generator

- Ability to effectively interact with and influence cross functional partners and senior leadership

- Should be good in written and verbal English communication to be able to interact & coordinate with internal & external teams

- High levels of integrity, autonomy, and self-motivation

- Strong understanding of technology and business

- Ability to translate strategies into execution plans and take them to completion
