Responsibilities :
- Maintaining and growing existing accounts
- B2B Client Service Is Must
- Additional sales, offers and contracts for new services for defined Company Way Client segments
- Contract renewals and updates
- Client feedback handling
- Termination prevention
- Follow- up Client profitability counting results and needed actions
- Support internal cross- function tasks
- Price Increase Initiatives with existing Clients
- Responsible for Client delight
Formal Education :
- Preferably Post Graduate
- Proven track record of high achievement in Account Management
- Solid Account Management
- Signs of commitment and growth in experience
- Knows Client profitability principles
