OEM - Key Account Manager for an European Client
The Role :
- To act as an OEM Key Account Manager in a Global Automotive, Retail and Motorsport Manufacturer of Fluid
- Transfer Systems and associated products. This role is specific to the Indian sub- continent, and will be initially focused on the Motorcycle braking market.
Key Responsibilities :
The company has a wide range of customer specific requirements within the OEM, aftermarket and Motorsport divisions.
- The post holder is required to carry out effective management of customer accounts and take the company forward in an OEM environment.
- Carry out strategic formulation for future business development.
- Maximise the opportunity, turnover and profitability of existing and new accounts.
- NBO and new customers added to the Portfolio.
- Support the OEM team to achieve the above objective.
- Assist in budget development and maintenance.
- Complete enquiry / quotation through the CRM system.
- Be the customer voice.
- OEM customer base management, India.
- OEM customer base development, India.
- Cost (within remit) / TO control.
- Cost centre management.
- Identify flashpoint, convergence points and remedying.
- Champion contract and APQP review.
Job Specification :
- B.E/Tech or MBA/PGDM.
- 8+ Years of Relevant Experience.
- Excellent Communication skills
- Should be open to travel domestic as well as international.
- Flexible
- Self motivated
