Hiring for Sales &amp; Marketing professional (alternate channel) for Consumer durable MNC at Mumbai. If you ready to work in high-energy, fast-paced, start-up environment and having over 4 years of experience in Sales &amp; Marketing of FMCG or Consumer durable products. Prior experience with new channel development &amp; strong educational background would be preferred. - Identify customers within alternate channels of sales for the business, including but not limited to Canteen Stores Department (CSD), Central Police Canteens (CPC), Organized Cash &amp; Carry (Metro / Best Price), Schools, Gaming Cafes, Toy Libraries, Baby Specialty Stores, Institutional Sales (Loyalty Programs / Corporate Gifting / Consumer Offer Deals) etc - Build a business case and revenue projections for various customers / sub-channels of business - Collaborate with the Sales &amp; Marketing team to identify relevant products from the local &amp; global portfolio to pitch to such channels - Collaborate with Sales &amp; Finance team to close pricing models &amp; trading terms for customers - Collaborate with Operations team to setup back-end servicing model &amp; performance measurement KPIs - Identify, negotiate, appoint &amp; manage a business partner to drive revenue in CSD / CPC channels - Anchor the listing process for all customers especially CSD / CPC channel, including but not limited to, coordination with internal &amp; external stakeholders for audit &amp; approval etc - Prepare item-wise annual plans &amp; forecasts for customers / sub-channels, and ensure sync with organisational demand planning cycle for stock procurement - Wherever applicable, work with customers to design &amp; sign off Joint Business Plans for the year, along with activity calendar - Develop database of store universe of all customers and track &amp; drive portfolio assortment reach in the universe of stores - Understand &amp; share with Sales &amp; Marketing teams, the consumer demand drivers for each customer / sub-channel &amp; accordingly plan relevant launch plans &amp; activities for customers to drive tertiary sales - Collaborate with Trade Marketing team to plan budgets &amp; performance measurement metrics for various activities &amp; spends - Work with Brand Marketing, Trade Marketing, internal design team &amp; external agencies to anchor roll out of instore branding &amp; relevant communication wherever applicable - Design, propose &amp; build the team for the channel in line with expansion of customers &amp; revenue - Liaise with marketing, sales, logistics, HR, finance and management team of APAC region to understand reporting requirements - Collate all existing reporting by market, and align across the region for consistent reporting - Create reporting timetable and provide KPIs of weekly and monthly reporting, both for accuracy and on time delivery - Develop more streamlined and automated reporting options through Power BI and other reporting tools - Align with corporate office for best practice in terms of report development and process - Create a system for prioritizing report development
