Role Description:

- This is a full-time on-site role as a Key Account Manager located in Noida.

- As a Key Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing and strengthening relationships with key accounts.

- Your day-to-day tasks will include client communication and support, creating and implementing business plans, and providing excellent customer service to ensure client satisfaction and retention.

- Analytical Skills, Business Planning, and Key Accounts Management.

- Experience in Account Management and Customer Service.

- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

- Proven track record of building and maintaining client relationships.

- Prior experience in the HR industry is a plus.

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration / Master's in Business Administration.
